Saroj Bhaladhare a visionary emerging from a rural background, has carved his own path through sheer determination and resilience. Despite facing extreme poverty, Saroj pursued his academic aspirations, earning a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Nagpur University and a Master’s degree in Political Science. His journey didn’t stop there; he further honed his skills by completing an MA in Social Innovation and Entrepreneurship from the prestigious Tata Institute of Social Sciences, Tuljapur.

During his academic pursuits, Saroj demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities by serving as the President of the Student Council at Tata Institute of Social Sciences. His passion for empowering women and fostering sustainable livelihoods in rural areas led him to actively engage in various social initiatives. As a project manager at Drishti Foundation and Eklavya Foundation, Saroj dedicated his efforts to improving the lives of poor children and women.
